Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Car Plate AI iOS application (“App”) operated by RohitEnterprise (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Car Plate AI. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Use of the App
Car Plate AI provides AI-generated personalised number plate idea suggestions based on your interests. These suggestions are creative output and are not guaranteed to be available, unregistered, or approvable by any licensing authority. You are responsible for verifying availability and compliance with local laws before registering any plate.
You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:
- Use the App to generate content that is offensive, illegal, or violates any DMV or licensing authority guidelines
- Automate, bulk-query, or scrape the service through any means not provided in the App
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its backend
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law
3. AI-Generated Content
Plate suggestions are generated by an AI model (Google Gemini) and are provided “as is” for creative inspiration only. We make no warranties that any suggestion is available, unique, free from trademark conflicts, or approvable by a licensing authority. Always verify through official channels before purchasing or registering a plate.
4. Credits and In-App Purchases
Car Plate AI uses a credit system to access AI plate generation. Credits are purchased through Apple’s App Store using Apple’s payment system.
- Credits are consumable and are spent as you generate plate ideas
- Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
- Credits never expire — consistent with Apple’s IAP guidelines §3.1.1
- All purchases are final except where required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy
- Your credit balance is stored in your device’s Keychain and persists across reinstalls on the same device

5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code in the App are owned by RohitEnterprise or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission. AI-generated plate suggestions are provided for your personal inspiration; we claim no ownership over the specific character strings generated.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RohitEnterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any decision to register a number plate based on App output.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Gemini AI, Google AdMob, and Apple StoreKit. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
